Use a strong, unique password that is not reused for your Kimnet customer account, email or website administrator login.
Do not send the cPanel password through email, ordinary chat messages or a normal support ticket.
Store credentials in a reputable password manager rather than an unsecured document or note.
If another person needs to work on your website, consider the least-privilege access method appropriate for the task instead of permanently sharing the main hosting credential.
Change the password promptly if you believe it has been exposed.
Remember that changing the cPanel password is separate from changing individual email mailbox passwords or WordPress administrator passwords.
If unexpected hosting changes occur, secure the relevant credentials and contact Kimnet support with the affected domain and approximate time of the suspicious activity.
