Include the domain name when the issue concerns a website, DNS, email or domain management.
Include the invoice number when the issue concerns billing or payment.
Copy the exact error message instead of writing only that the service is not working.
State approximately when the issue started and whether it happens consistently or intermittently.
Mention any relevant change made shortly before the problem appeared, such as a DNS update, website deployment, plugin installation or password change.
For email problems, include the affected email address and any bounce or delivery error, but never include the mailbox password.
For website problems, a screenshot can help when it shows the complete error or browser message.
Do not include customer passwords, cPanel passwords, payment card details or other unnecessary secrets.
One well-described issue per ticket is usually easier to investigate than several unrelated problems combined into one conversation.
