For a domain managed through Kimnet, open the domain in your customer account and use the available nameserver-management request when supported.
Enter the nameservers exactly as provided. Typographical errors can prevent the domain from resolving.
Kimnet can record the request and process the corresponding registrar-side action. Some domain-management actions are intentionally handled through an administrative workflow rather than pretending that every registrar operation is instant.
After the upstream change is completed, allow time for DNS caches to update.
Do not delete website files, recreate email accounts or repeatedly modify unrelated DNS settings simply because the old website still appears during propagation.
If the domain remains unresolved after a reasonable period, confirm the domain status, the exact nameservers currently assigned and the DNS zone at the destination service before opening a support ticket.
