The Kimnet customer portal and cPanel serve different purposes. Your Kimnet account is used for services, domains, invoices, payments, package changes, messages and support.
cPanel is the technical hosting control panel. It is used for functions such as website files, databases, email accounts and other hosting features available under your package.
After an eligible hosting service has been successfully provisioned and is Active, open the service in your Kimnet account and use the available Open cPanel action.
The exact cPanel features and limits depend on the hosting package and server configuration.
If your service is Active but you cannot access cPanel, open a support ticket and include the affected hosting service and any error message displayed.
