Provisioning creates the cPanel account and applies the correct hosting package on the hosting infrastructure.
When this succeeds, the service becomes Active and its hosting details become available in your customer account.
Kimnet does not activate hosting merely because a browser has returned from a payment page. Payment verification happens server-side for security.
Most automated provisioning is intended to proceed without manual intervention, but a technical failure can occasionally require Kimnet to investigate or retry the provisioning action.
If your invoice shows Paid but the hosting service remains in a provisioning-related status for an unusual period, do not pay again. Open a support ticket with the invoice and service details.
