How to Access Your Webmail

Read and send email for a domain mailbox through the webmail interface.

Webmail lets you use a browser to access an email mailbox hosted within your cPanel account.

Open cPanel and locate the Email Accounts section. Find the mailbox you want to use and choose the option to check or access email. cPanel will direct you to the available webmail interface.

Sign in with the full email address and the mailbox password when credentials are requested.

Webmail is separate from your Kimnet customer account. Your Kimnet login manages hosting, domains, billing and support, while the mailbox credentials are specific to the email account.

If the mailbox password has been forgotten, use the email-account management tools in cPanel to set a new password.

If webmail opens but messages cannot be sent or received, note any displayed error. Check that the hosting account is active and that the domain is using the intended DNS and mail configuration.

Never send your mailbox password through an ordinary support ticket. If support needs to investigate a mail issue, provide the affected email address, approximate time of the failed message and the exact delivery error instead.
