Sign in to your Kimnet account and check that the hosting service is Active. Also review the service's next due date and any outstanding renewal invoice.
Check the domain status separately. An active hosting account cannot be reached normally through a domain that has expired or is pointing to the wrong nameservers.
If you recently changed nameservers or DNS records, allow for DNS propagation and caching. Repeatedly changing records during propagation can make troubleshooting more difficult.
If cPanel is accessible, inspect whether the expected website files are still present in the correct document root. For database-driven applications, an application error can also result from database or configuration problems even though the server itself is online.
Record the exact browser or application error. A DNS error, server error, certificate warning and application error indicate different types of problems.
If the issue continues, open a support ticket with the domain, service, approximate start time, exact error and any recent change made before the problem appeared.
