What Happens When Your Hosting Account Is Suspended?

Learn why a managed hosting service may be suspended and what changes when suspension occurs.

A suspended hosting service has been temporarily restricted rather than permanently deleted.

For managed services, suspension can form part of the overdue lifecycle after the applicable invoice remains unpaid beyond the configured grace period. A service can also require administrative attention for other reasons.

When hosting is suspended, the website and hosting functions may become unavailable. The exact behavior depends on the hosting infrastructure.

Suspension does not mean that the service has been automatically terminated. Kimnet treats termination as a separate destructive action and does not use it as an automatic substitute for ordinary overdue management.

Open the service and billing areas of your customer account to identify the relevant service status and outstanding renewal invoice.

If suspension is related to an overdue renewal, complete the required payment using an available verified payment method. The managed lifecycle can restore an eligible service after the payment has been verified.

If you have paid but the service remains suspended, do not make duplicate payments. Check the invoice and payment status, then contact Kimnet support with the invoice and service details.
