Wallet balances are separated by currency. Kimnet does not silently convert a balance in one currency into another currency.
Open the invoice and choose the wallet option when it is available.
If the balance is sufficient, the wallet can settle the eligible invoice. Where partial wallet payment is supported, the available balance can be applied and the remaining invoice amount stays outstanding.
Every wallet movement is recorded in the wallet ledger so that credits and debits remain traceable.
A credit note is not automatically a wallet balance. Credit notes are accounting records unless a separate approved action creates spendable wallet funds.
If a wallet debit is recorded but the invoice does not update correctly, contact support before attempting the payment again.
