The domain must be configured at its current registrar or DNS provider to use the nameservers or DNS records required by the Kimnet hosting environment.
Before making the change, confirm that the intended Kimnet hosting service is Active and that the domain is correctly configured for that hosting account.
After changing nameservers or DNS records, allow time for DNS caches to update.
You can keep the domain registered with the existing registrar while using Kimnet for hosting.
Remember that Kimnet cannot automatically renew a domain that remains under another registrar unless it has entered a supported Kimnet-managed domain workflow.
If you need help connecting an external domain, provide support with the domain and the Kimnet hosting service it should use.
