A hosting service has its own billing cycle and next due date. A domain has its own registration period, expiry date and renewal process.
Even when a domain and hosting service were purchased together, their future renewal dates or processing timelines can differ.
Paying a hosting renewal does not automatically renew a separately billed domain.
Likewise, renewing the domain does not extend the hosting service.
Check both the Services and Domains areas of your Kimnet account and review each applicable renewal invoice.
Keeping both active is important because an active hosting account cannot normally be reached through an expired domain, while an active domain does not provide website hosting by itself.
