When you choose to pay an eligible invoice through Paystack, Kimnet creates or uses the relevant payment transaction and directs you through the secure payment process.
After you complete payment, returning to the Kimnet website does not by itself prove that the invoice has been paid.
Kimnet verifies the payment server-side and processes verified payment information before updating the invoice and any dependent service workflow.
This protects hosting provisioning and other paid actions from being triggered merely by a browser success URL.
The payment gateway reference is important when investigating a payment. Keep it available if you need to contact support.
A verified payment can trigger the next appropriate workflow, such as hosting provisioning, a package upgrade, an add-on activation or a domain-related billing action.
If the payment succeeds but the next technical action fails, Kimnet keeps the payment recorded and handles the technical failure separately rather than pretending the payment did not occur.
