The payment history shows transactions recorded for your customer account, including the relevant amount, currency, status and available transaction reference information.
Use the payment history together with the invoice page when investigating a billing question. The invoice tells you what was billed, while the payment record tells you what payment was received or verified.
A payment can be associated with a particular invoice. Always confirm that the intended invoice has been updated rather than relying only on the existence of a payment record.
If you used the Kimnet Wallet, wallet ledger activity is managed separately from external cash collection so that account credit movements remain traceable.
Do not add together amounts in different currencies as if they were a single balance. Kimnet keeps currency-specific values separate.
If you see a payment you do not recognize, or a payment you made is missing after a reasonable verification period, contact support with the invoice number and payment reference.
