Select the invoice you want to pay and review its line items, total, amount already paid, outstanding amount and currency.
Use one of the payment methods made available for that invoice.
For online gateway payments, complete the payment through the secure payment flow. Kimnet does not rely solely on the browser returning to a success page. The payment must be verified by the server before the invoice is treated as paid.
If your wallet has a sufficient balance in the correct currency, wallet payment can be available for eligible invoices. Wallet balances are currency-specific.
After payment, return to the invoice and payment history to confirm that the transaction has been recorded.
Do not immediately make a second payment if the payment provider reports success but the invoice has not yet updated. First allow the verification process to complete and check the payment history.
If the payment remains unresolved, contact support with the invoice number and gateway reference where available.
