Each invoice has its own invoice number, currency, line items, total amount, amount paid, status and relevant billing dates.
Review the line items to understand what is being charged. Hosting, domains, add-ons, package changes and other supported transactions can create different invoice items.
An Unpaid invoice has an outstanding amount. Partially Paid indicates that some but not all of the required amount has been settled. Paid indicates that the invoice has been fully settled according to the recorded billing state. Overdue indicates that an unpaid balance has passed the relevant due date.
Always pay against the correct invoice. Do not assume that paying one invoice automatically settles another invoice for the same service.
Invoice adjustments can add an additional charge or reduction to an eligible unpaid or partially paid invoice. Formal credit notes are separate accounting records and should not be confused with spendable wallet funds.
Keep the invoice number when contacting support about a payment or billing issue.
