Select the hosting service you want to manage. The service page identifies the primary domain, hosting package, current status, billing cycle, recurring amount, next due date and server information available for that account.
An Active service is available for normal hosting use. Other statuses can indicate that activation, payment, provisioning or another administrative action is still in progress.
Use Open cPanel when you need to manage the technical hosting account. cPanel is where website files, email accounts, databases and other hosting-level features are managed.
The Kimnet service page is different from cPanel. Kimnet manages the commercial relationship, billing, service lifecycle and customer support, while cPanel provides the technical hosting controls.
Where available, the service page can also provide actions for renewal, package changes, add-ons or support.
Before making a package change, check the package limits and any amount payable. Upgrades and downgrades can follow different billing and scheduling rules.
If a service is not behaving as expected, confirm its current status and next due date first. If the service is Active but you still cannot use it, open a support ticket and associate the ticket with the affected service.
