Sign in to your Kimnet account, open Services and select the hosting service you want to manage. On the service page, use the Open cPanel option provided for that hosting account.
Your Kimnet customer portal and cPanel have different purposes. The Kimnet portal manages services, domains, invoices, payments and support. cPanel manages hosting features such as website files, databases and email accounts.
If the Open cPanel action is unavailable, first check the service status. A service that is pending, suspended, cancelled or otherwise unavailable may not provide normal hosting access.
Never share your cPanel password publicly or include it in an ordinary support ticket. If you believe the credentials have been exposed, change the password as soon as possible.
If cPanel fails to open while the Kimnet service is shown as Active, create a support ticket and include the affected domain and any error message displayed. Do not repeatedly change unrelated DNS or website settings while the issue is being investigated.
