Create a new ticket and choose the most relevant category and priority available. If the issue concerns a particular hosting service, associate that service with the ticket where the option is provided.
Write a short, specific subject. In the message, explain what you were trying to do, what happened instead and when the problem started.
Include the affected domain or service and copy the exact error message when one is displayed. Screenshots or supported attachments can be useful when they show the problem clearly.
Do not include passwords, payment card information or other unnecessary confidential information in a normal support message.
After submitting the ticket, return to the same ticket conversation to read staff replies and provide additional information. Keeping one issue in one ticket helps preserve the investigation history.
Before opening a ticket, search the Kimnet Help Centre. Many common questions about hosting, domains, billing and account management can be resolved immediately through a published guide.
