Services shows your hosting accounts and their current status. Open an individual service to review its package, domain, billing information, server information and management options.
Domains contains domains associated with your account. Depending on the domain and its status, you may be able to view renewal information or submit supported management requests.
Invoices contains billing documents issued to your account. An invoice may be unpaid, partially paid, paid, overdue or have another lifecycle status depending on the transaction.
Payments provides a history of payments recorded against your account.
Wallet shows account funds that can be used where wallet payment is supported. Wallet balances are currency-specific and are not automatically converted between currencies.
Messages contains customer communications sent through the Kimnet Communication Centre. Notifications may also be used for important service and transaction events.
Support Tickets lets you request assistance and continue conversations with the support team.
Your Profile contains customer account information and account-management options.
When checking a service or invoice, use the details displayed on its individual page rather than relying only on dashboard totals. Individual records provide the most specific status and billing information.
