What Happens If My Hosting Payment Is Late?

Understand the overdue lifecycle for eligible managed hosting services.

If a hosting renewal invoice remains unpaid after its due date, the invoice can become overdue.

For eligible managed hosting services, Kimnet provides a grace period before automated suspension becomes appropriate.

If the renewal remains unpaid beyond the applicable lifecycle period, the hosting service can be suspended.

Suspension is not the same as termination. Kimnet does not automatically use destructive termination as the normal response to an overdue renewal.

When an eligible overdue renewal is subsequently paid and the payment is verified, the managed lifecycle can restore the service.

Do not make duplicate payments if you have already completed the transaction. Check the invoice and payment history first.

To avoid interruption, review renewal reminders and pay the correct renewal invoice before the service reaches the overdue suspension stage.
