Choose the supported option to add funds and enter the amount in the applicable currency.
Complete the external payment process through the provided payment gateway.
Kimnet verifies the payment server-side before adding the corresponding wallet funds. A browser redirect or success screen by itself is not sufficient to credit the wallet.
After verification, the wallet ledger records the credit and the available balance is updated.
Wallet balances are currency-specific. Adding funds in one currency does not create an equivalent balance in another currency.
Before adding funds, make sure you understand which invoice or future purchase you intend to use the balance for.
If the gateway reports success but the wallet has not updated, do not immediately repeat the transaction. Check Payments and Wallet first, then contact support with the gateway reference if necessary.
