Wallet payment requires an available balance in the same supported currency. Kimnet does not silently perform foreign-exchange conversion between wallet balances.
Choose the wallet payment option when it is available.
If the wallet balance covers the full outstanding amount, the eligible invoice can be settled from the wallet.
Where partial wallet payment is supported, the available wallet amount can be applied and the invoice retains the remaining balance until it is fully paid.
The wallet ledger records the debit so that the use of funds remains traceable.
When the invoice becomes fully paid, the normal downstream workflow for that invoice can continue, such as an eligible service or purchase action.
If a wallet debit appears but the invoice state is not correct, do not repeat the payment. Contact support with the invoice details so the transaction can be reviewed.
