A promotion can be configured as a percentage discount or a fixed-value discount and can include conditions such as a minimum order, maximum discount, validity dates and usage limits.
Promotions can also be restricted to supported purchase types, such as the first hosting order or a domain-registration order.
Enter the coupon code during the supported checkout stage. The server revalidates the promotion before applying it to the order.
A displayed discount is recorded as a negative order or invoice line so that the original items and the discount remain visible.
A promotion does not automatically change future renewal pricing. Unless the promotion specifically states otherwise, normal renewal prices continue to apply.
A coupon can stop working when it expires, reaches its usage limit, does not apply to the purchase or fails another configured condition.
Always review the final order total before payment.
